ResiWealth Pty Ltd was first established in 1985 by Mr Philip Sigglekow, who continues to be the Managing Director, for the primary purpose of becoming a “specialist” real estate house in investment real estate and project marketing. Setting out not just to compete with the standard real estate agency, but rather separating itself totally from all other agencies and become a leader in research and 21st century techniques that benefit both buyers and sellers alike.

Building wealth through property investing for everyone has been the dream of founder Philip Sigglekow, who has been largely involved in the teaching and training of investing fundamentals in the real estate market, having written several best sellers.
